Alice in Wonderland: A New Champion continued the storyline from the Alice in Wonderland Movie that was released in 2010. In this new adventure, the Red Queen is trying to return from the Outlands and retake Underland from the White Queen. The player is tasked with helping Alice and the other denizens of Underland by solving puzzles and finding the Impossible Things.

Alice in Wonderland was released on iOS in September 2013 and on Android in October 2013. It was a crafting and adventure game that used the storyline to keep the player engaged. I worked on the project from its inception in September 2012 until it was sunsetted in February 2014. My responsibilities on the project included:

  • Helped manage a team of 25 to develop and launch world wide a multi-platform, localized game on iOS and Android
  • Established processes and pipelines for a successful, on-time game launch
  • Spearheaded relationships with all Central Services teams including:
    • Localization
    • Analytics
    • Disney QA
    • Marketing
    • Legal
    • Monetization
    • Ad Operations
  • Wrote the GDD and 76 separate specifications for all the features in the game
  • Developed the Economy, Content Release Plan and overall Storyline of the Game and ensured it met Brand expectations and requirements
