General Description:

I joined Super Evil Megacorp in June 2016 as a Live Ops Producer for Vainglory. Within five months, I was promoted to Director of Production in November 2016. During my time on Vainglory, I helped launch 30+ updates including the 5v5 launch and the cross-platform experience. I was subsequently promoted to Senior Director of Operations, expanding my responsibilities to include overseeing operations for the entire company beyond game development.

 

Vainglory is a competitive MOBA built for mobile and perfected for cross-platform play. Players can compete against anyone, anywhere, and on any device.

My Responsibilities:

My responsibilities on Vainglory included:

  • Led production for the entire company
  • Established and managed studio-wide development processes and culture
  • Coordinated with marketing and business development to set release schedules and content cadence for the game
  • Managed and negotiated agreements with multiple outsource partners including QA, localization, 2D art, 3D art, and customer service
