General Description:
I was with Super Evil Megacorp when the Blood Line: A Rebel Moon Game project began in December 2022. As Senior Director of Operations, I oversaw the project’s budget, vendor contracts, and resourcing from greenlight through launch. The game successfully launched on mobile as a Netflix exclusive in 2025.
Blood Line is a top-down, 4-player co-op action RPG set in the Rebel Moon universe created by Zack Snyder for Netflix. The game features fast-paced, twin-stick shooter combat where players join a rebellion on the planet Krypt to fight the Motherworld’s forces. Players choose from four unique classes, each with specialized weapons and abilities, offering deep customization options for their playstyle.
My Responsibilities:
As Senior Director of Operations, I was responsible for the financial and operational infrastructure that enabled the development team to successfully deliver Blood Line:
- Oversaw project budget and financial planning from greenlight through launch and live operations
- Managed vendor contracts and relationships with external partners supporting development
- Led resourcing strategy and allocation across the development team
- Coordinated with Netflix on contractual requirements and delivery milestones
- Ensured proper financial controls and reporting for this high-profile IP partnership
- Provided operational support enabling the team to focus on delivering quality gameplay
